[SEO: Discussing a study premised on healthy volunteers’ reactions to watching traumatic car crash videos, then half of the group were intentionally sleep-deprived, the other half, not. The sleep-deprived group reportedly had fewer fear-associated memories from the crash videos. Therefore, the study concluded that sleep deprivation may help treat PTSD.
